L&S has just completed their 2nd project on my house, and I couldn’t be more delighted!
The roof they installed 3 years ago still looks amazing! Their team was efficient, neat, and friendly. Furthermore, the crew leader was able to figure out a way to modify the venting on the front of my house so that I didn’t have those ugly boxes all over the place lol. Like, he did it ON SITE, DURING installation. I can’t find/remember his name, but L&S should bonus him up if they can.
Today I had the pleasure of meeting Brody and Scott who were equally excellent! They replaced/repaired some problem aluminum siding, and added siding where there was only bare wood. In addition, they were able to take care of some other problems on my garage that I only noticed last minute. The extra work took a few more hours, in diabolical heat without shade, but Scott and Brody remained gracious and friendly while taking it all in stride. They made everything look even better than I hoped for!
A special shout out to Tony, Matthew, and the L&S receptionists who also made the entire process pleasant and achievable in a timely manner, helping me to be well prepared for painting next week.
This company has easily earned all of my future business, and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to my own family and friends.

I had a roof repair that other roofers refused to take on. Prior to completing the repairs Scott and Brody showed me why the problem was occurring and explained the solution. Once they executed the repair they cleaned up the area so that it looked as if there was never a problem. I appreciated their courtesy and professionalism and would recommend them in the future.

Johnny and the crew did an awesome job! The roof looks amazing! They took really good of my Peony bushes and all my Hostos plants as well.

Garage siding looks great and the crew was friendly, efficient, and very respectful of my property while working. They did an excellent job cleaning up, I haven't found a single bit of litter left behind

Matt and the entire L&S crew did a fabulous job helping us with a new roof. We had an active leak and they were quick to come out for the initial consult, helped provide a temporary fix until the new roof could be installed and then were able to move up our job a couple weeks which was greatly appreciated. The crew arrived on time, took great care to protect the house and landscaping, and did a wonderful job with the clean up. Additionally the price was competitive. Thanks to everyone for making this unanticipated improvement a smooth and easy process.

Really happy with our roof tune-up and gutter replacement. Pricing was fair and service was great. There were no pushy sales tactics to upgrade to more than we needed, and even though we didn’t have the biggest job I still felt like they cared above and just taking our money. Ryan with the sales team was great. Communication was flawless between him and the rest of the team. Super fast scheduling and the work they did exceed my expectations. My parents had L&S tear off the old roof and install a new roof with new ply wood. John and the crew did a great job. They ensured to clean up everything that dropped. I seldom write reviews, but having a new roof put on is expensive no matter who you choose and some? Some companies charge much more than others! We had two different companies make their proposals to us. We went with L&S Home Improvements (found via Angie's List). The first company wanted $33,000!!! and did a lot of "showcasing numbers"! We both got the feeling those two guys representing this company were just what one would expect from a "salesperson" - a lotta fluff, puff with questionable substance. Tony Combs, was our salesman and both my wife and I found an intuitive sense of integrity in what Tony told us. I am very happy to write this review to state that not only was his price just under $20,000, but MOST IMPORTANTLY, the company did EXACTLY what Tony said it would do! Tony checked in with us through all phases of the install (took 2 days) and followed up after. Whether you talk to the office personnel or Tony himself, if your experience is anything like ours, you will be VERY PLEASED!
