When you schedule an estimate, we don’t just knock on your door and hand you a slip of paper with a number on it. We start our process with a face-to-face consultation to help us understand your concerns and the unique problems you’ve been experiencing. Your opinions and experiences matter to us.
Once we understand what you’ve been dealing with, we’ll perform an interior inspection first. Many roofing contractors don’t do this, but we believe it's critical to evaluating an issue. Inspecting an attic helps us identify potential wood rot and delamination, ventilation problems, and insulation issues.
After our interior inspection, we'll get on your roof and check everything, not just the sections where you're experiencing damage. We look for soft spots that indicate wood rot/water damage, nail pops/exposed nails, missing or damaged shingles, deteriorating or missing flashing, outdated or poorly installed pipe boots, etc.
We’ll take photos and videos of anything concerning, share our findings with you, and outline our recommended solution. Our goal, every time, is to provide a cost-effective, long-lasting solution, not a quick fix that doesn’t actually address the root cause.
Once you approve our solution and estimate, we'll schedule your roof repair services. You don't need to be present for the roof repairs, unless the repair requires attic access. After we complete the project, we'll perform a final inspection of our work and provide a list of what was done, along with before-and-after photos.
