We’ll schedule an on-site meeting to assess your property, review your project (and budget) requirements, and determine how many soffits are required for the installation project.
After we receive your quote approval, we’ll order the necessary soffits and schedule an installation date as soon as we receive them.
Installation begins! We’ll start by measuring the areas where the soffits will be installed. If we’re replacing damaged soffits, we’ll carefully detach the old panels and remove fasteners, inspect the fascia board for damage, and make any necessary repairs before installing the new soffit.
We’ll cut a large slot to ensure proper airflow and then install the receiving channels. Whether we’re installing over open or enclosed eaves, we ensure we account for expansion when installing the receiving channels, which helps prevent distortion.
We then install the continuous soffit. If we have to nail the soffit to the fascia board, we’ll use small-headed nails, and if we have to use a nailing strip, we ensure we don’t nail them down tightly to account for expansion movement. Once all soffits are installed, we’ll complete the installation by applying the factory-formed aluminum fascia covers.
After installation, we perform a thorough walkthrough, reviewing our work with you to ensure you’re satisfied and that we leave your property 100% debris-free.
Enjoy your newly protected home!
